The apartment has 45 m2 and is composed of a nice kitchen with dining table, a livingroom with extensible sofa (wallbow without door), a separate bedroom, bath and two balkons.
From the eastern balkon you have a very beautyful view to Merano, Castel Tirol and the mountains around us.
In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun on the southern balkon.
